Headquartered in Vancouver with our digital studio in Seoul Korea, we’re rapidly positioning our firm for growth. ‍ This role is a fast-paced and demanding position that requires a high level of efficiency and effectiveness. Tight deadlines and multi-layered project co-ordination require a sharp individual with superb communication skill and someone who can handle multi-tasking at extreme levels. This role isn’t for anyone who can’t cope with pressure. ‍ Reporting to the Principal, the PM is a tech-savvy, persuasive communicator who can bridge the gap between the services we offer and the value we bring to our customers. A powerful story-teller to help develop marketing initiatives and creative solutions for complex multi-faceted projects while clarifying unclear matters and articulating project objectives through highly convincing communication methods in both spoken and written form. ‍ The PM works directly with upper management to create a result-focused team environment among various parties involved in all projects and ensure that projects exceed the high expectations set by all stakeholders. You will often be amongst industry leaders and industry-leading professionals. ‍ From estimating and job scoping to scheduling and co-ordination to execution, the PM role requires at least 4 years of agency experience dealing with various communication mediums including Print, Web, Advertising and other design-driven initiatives such as presentation centres and trade-show booths. The ideal candidate should have a firm understanding of design processes and various production factors and articulate creative rationale and strategy. ‍ The PM position offers an opportunity to experience the full breadth of our design and branding projects while actively participating in large scale project initiatives; putting your skills to the test. Beyond experience, this role is suited for those who are competitive with a vision to move up into a Marketing Director role. ‍ In this challenging role, you will review materials and information and collaborate with the CEO to determine the various production factors, concept(s) and cutting edge designs. You should have experience in translating and extending marketing and advertising concepts into project briefs and schedules. Working within tight schedules/timeframes and activity coordination should be second nature. ‍ You will be called upon to present project road maps and co-ordinate all aspects of client/vendor side requirements and production-related duties. Concept to completion you will utilize our project management software to guide you through each project while creating work in progress reports. You will support/assist the creative team on a variety of projects related activities as required. ‍ The ideal candidate must posses a keen eye for high design standards, as well as the ability, communicate complex and sensitive business matters to executives.
