🎓 Educational Qualification

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering (Required)
  
  

🧰 Technical Skills & Tools

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with MS Project, SAP, CRM systems, and AutoCAD viewer
• Ability to interpret assembly drawings, system layouts, and electrical schematics
  
  

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Review project documentation including quotes, estimates, purchase orders, and guarantees
• Identify and resolve commercial and technical issues in coordination with sales teams
• Define and manage project schedules using tools like SAP and Microsoft Project
• Procure specialized equipment and control systems from vendors; handle negotiations and issue purchase requisitions
• Track the entire project lifecycle including engineering, manufacturing, system testing, and shipment
• Conduct weekly progress updates and participate in orders-in-progress (OIP) meetings
• Monitor and control project budgets; lead project close-out activities to reconcile actual vs. planned costs
• Collaborate with customers and field service teams to manage punch lists and resolve warranty issues
• Coordinate on-site customer visits during installation or issue resolution phases
