Responsibilities

• Experience in End user support management.
• Adherence to all terms of contract especially compliance as it is mandated by RBI.
• Team management - team strength 150 members across PAN India.
• User and client management.
• Weekly, fortnightly and monthly reviews.
• SLA adherence to ensure 0 penalty.
• Billing and collection.
• Regular data sharing to IT compliance as per requirement.
• Work closely with IT managers of all regions to ensure smooth BAU.
• Look for additional revenue.
