We’re working with a growing electrical contractor based in Austin, TX, with over 400 employees and a strong presence in the mission-critical and data center space. They’ve got the backlog. They’ve got the tools. Now they’re looking for an Electrical Project Manager who knows how to lead from the front and deliver complex projects with confidence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage electrical scopes on mission-critical and data center projects, from pre-con through closeout
• Work closely with Superintendents, clients, and field teams to hit schedules and budgets
• Handle submittals, RFIs, change orders, and cost tracking with precision
• Collaborate with preconstruction and procurement to plan the job right from the start
• Ensure safety, quality, and communication stay strong across all phases
  
  

What You Bring:

• 5+ years as an Electrical Project Manager (preferably in data centers or mission-critical work)
• Experience leading large-scale projects from ground-up to commissioning
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and project financials
• Clear communicator, problem-solver, and someone who knows how to lead without ego
• Proficient with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project a plus)
