Title: Project Manager - Deli Solutions
Location: Kansas City, Missouri (GREAT relocation package)
Salary: $120,000-$155,000
Requirements: Must be able to travel up to 50% throughout North America

What You Will Be Doing
- Manage capital equipment projects from initiation to closure, overseeing scope, complexity, and execution.
- Ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion through structured project management, including coordination, testing, installation, issue resolution, and customer consultation.
- Maintain continuous communication with customers, sales, factory, and internal teams to facilitate project activities.
- Procure necessary equipment, supplies, and labor from third-party vendors as needed.
- Generate and collaborate on reports related to progress, costs, and scheduling for management, factory, and customers.
- Provide technical sales support and consulting on equipment selection, feasibility, performance, risk analysis, and contract review.
What You Need For This Position
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (electrical engineering preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of dealing with capital equipment, food processing, packaging, or closely related field
- Working knowledge of capital machine projects and knowledge of slicing and/or packaging systems/applications
- Proficient knowledge and experience with MS Office, AutoCAD and SolidWorks
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP and web-based project management platforms is preferred
- PMP Certification Preferred
