CSE Electric is in a high growth mode and we are looking for qualified Project Manager to support our construction infrastructure.
The CSE Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, leading and controlling project execution for the purpose of meeting client and company goals and objectives. The Project Manager is accountable for the overall success of the job, gauged against the goals and expectations of the client, company and human resources for each project. The Project Manager will have the authority to control all aspects of the job execution, access to the resources needed to execute, monitor and control the job. While the Project Manager is fully accountable for the job success, they can and will need to assemble a team and delegate responsibility for different aspects of job execution to internal company individuals, as well as outside service and equipment providers.

The position is a full-time, salaried/exempt level role. Compensation will start at $125,000. The typical work schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm, and is based in our home office (located at 5150 Service Center Dr, San Antonio, TX 78218). Candidates in Austin will be considered as well.
