Assist Services has an immediate opening for a Project Manager for our Environmental Liner Division based out of Eighty Four, PA. This position will report directly to our VP and General Manager and support the daily operations and manage multiple projects and bids for our liner division. Our objective for the current opening is to focus on improving the efficiency and management of our projects through commitment to excellence in everything we do.

Experience/Qualifications:
· 5+ years project management experience in environmental liner, engineering, or construction preferred
· Experience managing projects in excess of $5 million
· Proficient in CAD or Bluebeam software, Microsoft Word, and Outlook
· Expert level knowledge and experience with Excel
· Ability to read and understand blueprints required
· Experience with custom databases and invoicing is a plus
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar fields preferred
Daily Job Duties to Include:
· Attend pre-bid and pre-con meetings and communicate information to appropriate team members
· Work closely with VP, Operations Manager, and Estimator to ensure successful bids that are competitive to the applicable industry
· Review contracts with General Manager and operations team members to ensure compliance and communicate relevant highlights, details, and requirements to the appropriate team members to ensure successful project takeoff
· Generate PO for materials required with project
· Communicate with customers the projected schedule and maintain communications throughout duration of project
· Work with appropriate team members to quote materials and equipment based on scope of work and ensure proper delivery arrangements
· Prepare job cost breakdown sheets and change orders when needed
· Compile project data to generate invoices and then work with billing and invoicing team to review and approve all project invoices
· Provide any additional information to customers as requested regarding the project
· Any additional tasks as assigned by management
Required:
· Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
· Ability to multitask and delegate responsibilities
· Superior mathematical skills
· In office position with occasional travel required
· All candidates must be able to pass a standard criminal background check and work verification check as well as a standard 10-panel drug screen and fit for duty physical
· Must have a valid Driver’s License with clean driving record (NO DUIs or excessive points)
