Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role located in East Providence, RI at David Sisson Architecture. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project timelines and budget, overseeing a small team of designers in a high-volume studio environment, perform technical and code review, and overseeing project management tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience
• Competent in REVIT, AutoCAD, MS Office and Adobe programs
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Ability to track and manage several projects at once in various stages
• Strong understanding of building and fire code
• Be passionate about architecture and demonstrate the ability to solve problems
