Job Description
We are looking for someone to join the Systems Inspections Team (Training and Quality). This is a hybrid role, and we need someone who is flexible and can go on-site as needed each week. We are looking for someone who can come in and help build infrastructure and processes in their group. They will help identify the scope, help build out the processes formally, stakeholder engagement, meetings, and reporting. This resource will serve as both a Project Manager and Business Analyst, focusing on process improvement, operational reporting, stakeholder coordination, and documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
• Lead meetings, develop charters, and manage communication plans.
• Document and streamline internal processes.
• Collaborate with SMEs to define workflows and ensure accountability.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI).
• Support technical writing and knowledge transfer activities.
Pay
$60hr - $70hr
