About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Facility Maintenance & Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of all maintenance operations and store lifecycle projects across our retail network. You will be the driving force behind ensuring our stores operate efficiently, remain compliant with all safety regulations, and are consistently maintained to the highest standards.

This position plays a central role in coordinating between departments including operations, procurement, IT, and construction, ensuring seamless execution of openings, closures, renovations, and daily maintenance activities.


Key Responsibilities

đź”§ Maintenance & Facilities Management

  • Oversee and prioritize day-to-day maintenance requests and ensure resolution within defined SLAs.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections to assess operational integrity and safety compliance.
  • Manage preventive maintenance programs and ensure execution across all store locations.
  • Build and maintain a trusted network of contractors, vendors, and service providers.
  • Ensure all relevant permits, licenses, and regulatory documents are up-to-date.
  • Monitor maintenance budgets and manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
  • Guide and train store teams on basic preventive maintenance best practices.
  • Track and report all maintenance activities using centralized systems.


đź›  Project Management (Store Lifecycle Projects)

  • Store Openings: Lead facility readiness in coordination with construction, IT, and operations; conduct pre-opening inspections.
  • Store Closures: Manage utilities disconnection, asset removals, space restoration, and compliance with lease agreements.
  • Store Renovations: Oversee renovation scopes, timelines, budgets, and contractor performance.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource assignments.
  • Act as the key liaison between internal teams (Operations, Procurement, IT, Finance, etc.).
  • Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation plans.
  • Ensure project delivery within budget while upholding safety and quality standards.
  • Oversee documentation, handovers, warranty files, and post-project reviews.


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of proven experience in maintenance/facilities management with project oversight.
  • Deep knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
  • Strong vendor management and service contract negotiation experience.
  • Solid project management, budgeting, and scheduling abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, project tools (MS Project, Asana, etc.).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with local safety codes, fire regulations, and building standards.
