Project Manager (Construction Services) – Based in Ballito, KZN

Location: Ballito, KZN (Office-based)

Work Hours: U.S. Eastern Standard Time (3 PM – 11 PM SAST)

Salary: R25,000 – R30,000 per month

We’re hiring a highly organized, detail-driven Project Coordinator to join our Ballito-based team. You will work closely with a U.S.-based client in the residential and commercial construction services industry (fireplaces, dryer vent cleaning, inspections, and installations). This is a coordinative and operations-heavy role that involves scheduling service teams, managing logistics, coordinating with property managers, and ensuring top-tier project execution from start to finish.

Note: Due to confidentiality, the client’s identity will only be disclosed during interviews. Industry experience in residential services or light construction projects is highly advantageous.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the fulfillment process from sales handover to service delivery
• Schedule and dispatch trained service technicians to various job sites
• Coordinate with U.S.-based property managers, keeping them informed of job statuses
• Manage digital calendars, scheduling tools, and software platforms
• Perform quality control checks and project documentation
• Create detailed pre- and post-job reports
• Order inventory and provide product ETA updates
• Work collaboratively with technicians and operations leadership to ensure seamless delivery

You’re the Right Fit if You:

• Have 2–4 years of experience in scheduling, project coordination, or service operations
• Have basic knowledge of construction or residential installation services
• Are tech-savvy and highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and scheduling tools
• Type at least 50 WPM and are comfortable with detailed data entry
• Communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and love bringing structure to operations
• Are based in Durban or Ballito and can work on-site during EST hours

• This is an in-office position at our Ballito offices — remote work is not available.
• We are only considering candidates based in the Durban to Ballito region.
• Applicants must be comfortable working U.S. hours and coordinating with international teams.
