About The Job Project Manager - Document Management System

The consultancy role within Keystone Solutions is focused on delivering innovative solutions to our client, a major infrastructure organization, as they modernize their document management approach. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will lead the implementation of a professional and integrated solution utilizing platforms such as SharePoint Online and Autodesk while ensuring alignment with existing design tools. You will work out of the Brussels office, managing the project team, overseeing technical implementation, and supporting user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the scope, planning, and budget of the document management program as a consultant to our client.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure timely delivery of project milestones while engaging with various stakeholders.
• Prioritize and schedule activities for analysis, implementation, and deployment under the consultancy framework.
• Identify risks and issues proactively and implement mitigation strategies as you navigate the consultancy landscape.
• Lead a team of approximately five people, ensuring a smooth technical rollout as a Keystone Solutions representative.
• Organize steering committees and report to IT management and senior leadership on behalf of Keystone Solutions.
  
  

Required Skills & Profile

• Proven experience managing document management system (DMS) implementation projects within a consultancy context.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, including a focus on change management.
• Hands-on involvement in analysis, testing, and deployment phases as a consultant.
• Familiarity with SharePoint Online, Autodesk, and integration with design tools is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in French and Dutch (professional level) with a good command of English to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments to navigate client projects effectively.
