Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage digital transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery of project objectives.
• Create project charters, roadmaps, RAID logs, and define project scope.
• Drive process excellence within the team and across projects.
• Manage stakeholders effectively, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.
• Demonstrate executive presence and strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders across Western & Eastern Europe, US, and India.
• Bring structure to ambiguous situations, providing clarity and direction.
  
  

Key Skillsets Required

• Strong and experienced PM background, with a proven track record in creating charters, roadmaps, RAID logs, and project scoping.
• Experience in process excellence is highly preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations and provide clear direction.
• Experience in digital transformation projects.
• Any experience in SAP is a nice to have.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree is a plus.
