Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Project Manager, Digital Enabling Services to join Digital Business Solutions, Administrative Division.
The Project Manager is responsible for leading and successfully delivering select projects within Digital Business Solutions. The Project Manager will deliver these projects in line with set schedules, budget, and in accordance with acceptable QUT governance standards and frameworks. The Project Manager will proactively define, plan, execute, transition, and deliver, leading all aspects of the project. These include, but are not limited to: stakeholder engagement; problem definition; requirements analysis; scoping and planning; procurement; designs and specifications; development/ configuration as appropriate; testing; training; data conversion; go-live and post implementation support; evaluation; recommendations; and closure.

What You Need To Succeed
- Education, training, and/ or relevant experience equivalent to postgraduate qualifications in conjunction with experience leading projects within a complex and fast paced organisation.
- Proven application of contemporary project management techniques, tools, and methodologies across a range of applications and technology projects.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to identify emerging issues, trends and opportunities and provide insightful recommendations and advice.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strategic relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including senior executives.
- Knowledge of change management principles, demonstrated capacity to engage with diverse stakeholders, including end-users, to manage expectations and secure buy-in for changes introduced by IT projects.
- Highly developed interpersonal and verbal skills and written communication skills including preparing clear and concise project management documentation or presentations for varied audiences.
