General Role Description
Lead and manage matrix team to complete execution of projects with a typical project cycle of 1 to 2 years
Role Accountabilities
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams for successful execution of development projects, ensuring that company objectives are met
- Ensure project commitments are established and met
- Recommend and implement risk assessment and abatement plan to meet project budgets and targets
- Serve as single point of contact for internal clients for ongoing projects
- Identify, resolve, and communicate resolution of issues, escalating to immediate manager as needed
- Collect, analyze, and report technology unit data to management
- Provide timely updates on project performance, integration of corporate business project processes, market trends, project status, and internal client relationship issues to company management
- Identify opportunities and provide recommendations for improvements on new developments, products, service features, and applications to drive business growth
- Identify opportunities, initiate, and execute process improvement initiatives in the organization
- Produce and maintain records of project communications, variations in specifications, timelines, and BU projects that depend on the performance of development projects
- Track and analyze projects from concept to post-implementation phase in collaboration with Finance

sMinimum Qualification
s- Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, finance, computer science, engineering, or engineering technology or related field, or equivalent via education and/or work experience
- 2 years of project, engineering, or technical leadership of projects in a technical environment
- Demonstrated application of financial acumen ensuring sound business decision
s- Demonstrated successful working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other internal and external contact
s- Demonstrated successful and positive personal leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skill
s- Demonstrated continuous improvement in areas of responsibilit
y- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoin
t- Availability to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time, often on short notic
ePreferred Qualification
s- Demonstrated success leading matrix teams
- Working knowledge of Oracle, Oracle Business Intelligence tools, including Discoverer Admin, and CR
M- PMI PMP Certificatio
n- Project management experience in managing research and development project
s- Advanced Excel modeling skills utilizing tools such as Pivot tables, graphs and VB
