Who We Are

We are Social Supply, a design-forward experiential production company specializing in brand activations, high-end social events, corporate experiences, and custom-built environments. Our work blends cutting-edge design, craftsmanship, and logistical expertise to create visually stunning, high-impact experiences.

Our projects demand more than just logistical oversight—this role requires an appreciation for high-end event design, aesthetics, and current trends in luxury event production.

Before applying, please take a look at our work on Instagram (@socialsupplydesign) to see if our aesthetic aligns with your desired design direction.

Who You Are

You’re not just a project manager—you have a sharp eye for design and aesthetics, with experience managing high-end events where visual details matter. You stay ahead of trends in event design, interiors, and experiential marketing, and you’re comfortable working with designers, fabricators, and stylists to execute a cohesive vision.

You don’t need to be a designer yourself, but you must have worked in event production and be able to speak the language of luxury design, ensuring that the integrity of a concept is maintained from start to finish.

This role involves long hours during peak seasons, alternating between office work and on-site event execution, and ensuring every visual detail is executed flawlessly. If you’re excited by the idea of managing projects that blend strategy, logistics, and high-end design, this job is for you.

This Role is NOT for You If…

❌ You’ve only worked in general project management with no event experience.

❌ You’re looking for a predictable, traditional office job with set hours.

❌ You don’t have a strong appreciation for aesthetics and design.

❌ You’re not comfortable working in fast-paced, unpredictable environments where things shift quickly.

If you love working behind the scenes to create visually stunning, design-driven experiences, we’d love to have you on our team! 🚀

What You’ll Do

Manage and execute design-forward event projects, ensuring that creative intent is maintained from concept to completion.

Work closely with designers and production teams to bring detailed event renderings, mood boards, and design concepts to life.

Oversee material selection and fabrication details, making sure that all elements align with the aesthetic and functional goals.

Track design trends in luxury events and industry movements to ensure that our projects remain at the forefront of experiential and high-end event design.

Attend and supervise on-site installations and breakdowns, ensuring that every visual detail is perfect.

Develop and present proposals, estimates, and creative decks tailored to each client’s aesthetic and brand.

Own client relationships, keeping them informed while ensuring their vision is executed at a high level.

Problem-solve in real time, maintaining quality and design integrity even under tight deadlines.

What You Bring to the Table

3+ years of project management experience in high-end event production, experiential marketing, luxury event planning, or a related field.

An appreciation for aesthetics and strong design awareness—you can recognize quality craftsmanship and understand why details matter.

A finger on the pulse of design trends in high-end social and corporate events—you’re aware of what’s happening in the event, interiors, and experiential industries.

Experience working on-site at luxury events, overseeing installations and managing logistics while maintaining a strong visual standard.

A client-focused mindset, balancing relationship management with creative execution.

Comfort with fast-paced, high-pressure environments—this is not a typical 9-5 desk job.

Basic knowledge of fabrication and scenic build-outs—you don’t need to be a builder, but you should be able to communicate with those who are.

Tech-savvy and detail-oriented, with proficiency (or the ability to learn quickly) in Monday.com, Goodshuffle Pro, Google Workspace, and Keynote.

Flexibility during peak seasons, including working beyond standard hours and occasional travel as needed.
