🧩 About the Role

This position requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and mastery of tools like Autodesk Construction Cloud or a similar cloud-based construction management platform that connects workflows, teams, and data at every stage of the building lifecycle. You will manage complex commercial and residential projects from pre-construction through closeout, overseeing submittals, contracts, buyout, and subcontractor negotiations—all within our unified ACC platform and internal processes.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Lead the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design coordination to construction execution and closeout
• Manage all submittals, contracts, buyout, and subcontractor negotiations within Autodesk Construction Cloud, following 748’s SOPs
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and accountability
• Implement BIM/VDC workflows for virtual construction, model sequencing, and clash detection
• Oversee schedule control, RFIs, change orders, inspections, and jobsite documentation
• Identify risks early and proactively mitigate them with data-supported strategies
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction

✅ What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in project management within commercial or residential construction
• Expertise in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BIM coordination
• Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and construction scheduling/estimating tools like MS Project and ProEst
• Demonstrated success in subcontractor negotiation, procurement, and buyout
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities
• Experience managing digital-first workflows and remote collaboration platforms
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
