The Project Manager owns the accurate and timely project management of implementation projects, directing and leading a project team including, but not limited to Implementation Specialists, clients, and stakeholders. A successful Project Manager participates in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support) and may lead multiple projects at a given time. This person will be responsible for the ultimate success and integrity of their HCM software implementations as a whole and establishing a great working relationship with our client contacts and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that projects are implemented within the scope of the Client Service Agreement.
  • Ensure projects follow the agreed timelines.
  • Update project plans timely with precise dates.
  • Update all project materials to track completion of tasks and ensure all project documentation is in shared folders for the purposes of information retention and quality assurance.
  • Direct and manage the project deliverables, timeline, progress, and scope by keeping the internal team accountable.
  • Be accountable for external client expectations, deadlines, and de-escalations.
  • Lead all client meetings and communications.
  • Maintain regular communication regarding project updates, timeline, and proactive measures to prevent issues.
  • Exhibit a broad understanding of Wurk's products and services.
  • Follow internal processes, procedures, and SOPs.
  • Work with customers to implement Würk best practices in preparation for the rollout of the Würk solution.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skill Sets And Experience

  • A background in business and managing various types of projects
  • 2-3 years project manager experience, preferably in the HCM field
  • Project management training and/or certification preferred
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer relationship acumen and experience
  • Excellent organization and collaboration skills
  • Leadership and problem solving aptitude
  • Ability to lead and facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong time management with an ability to operate with urgency
  • Detailed oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and pivot focus quickly and efficiently

This position's approximate base salary range is $65,000-$90,000 based on candidate's experience, education, and geographic location.
