Position: Project Manager

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Project Manager to join their team!

Support a well-established and growing organization dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction in the construction and roofing space. They are seeking a proactive, organized, and personable Project Manager to keep a critical CRM/ERP implementation project on track. Responsibilities

• Execution & Monitoring
• Lead weekly stand-ups and regular status meetings to track progress against milestones.
• Manage project risks and issues: identify, assess, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project budgets and promptly alert the team of any potential overages.
• Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors.
• Communicate project status, risks, and changes clearly and consistently to all stakeholders.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and support to drive high performance.
• Quality Assurance & Delivery
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Facilitate project reviews, retrospectives, and lessons-learned sessions to drive continuous improvement.
• Project Closure
• Oversee project handover, documentation, and post-mortem analysis.
• Ensure all contractual and financial obligations are fulfilled.
  

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 3–5 years of hands-on Project Management experience.
• Proven track record of delivering medium- to large-scale CRM or ERP projects.
• Strong experience supporting Enterprise-level CRM or ERP integrations.
• Proficiency using Asana or similar project management tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, independent working style.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
  
  

Nice To Have Skills & Experience

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification.
• Background in or familiarity with the construction or roofing industry.
• Previous experience working with operational, cross-functional teams.
