The Debt Management System (DMS) Project Manager position is a unique opportunity to lead complex projects and drive innovation in the Commercial Real Estate space. The DMS Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and successful delivery of DMS projects for our clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and client satisfaction.

What you'll do:
Project Leadership: Lead and manage DMS projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget parameters.
Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, collaborating closely to understand their needs, build alignment, and address any issues or concerns.
Strategic Planning: Assess project requirements, align them with client goals, and develop comprehensive project plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, and change management strategies.
Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies, closely monitoring risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Management: Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and high-performance through effective delegation, motivation, and mentorship.
Client Success: Provide ongoing support and technical assistance to clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely manner.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present project status reports, executive summaries, and updates to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement in project management processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance project delivery efficiency.
We'd love for you to have:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in client-facing project management roles, preferably in the financial services or commercial real estate industry.
Strong understanding of financial markets and instruments, with a focus on commercial real estate debt, hedging, and derivatives.
Excellent project management skills, including experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and driving client satisfaction.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to interface with clients, including top-level executives.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
PMP certification or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
