The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to manage mainly the building services projects from tendering, negotiation to execution
• Monitor the overall financial, commercial and contractual aspects of projects to safeguard the company’s interest
• Ensure compliance of the relevant quality and safety standard / procedures and other statutory requirements, when applicable

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Building Services, Construction Management or other building related disciplines with professional qualification
• Minimum 10 years’ of postgraduate experience in managing residential BS / E&M projects in Hong Kong
• Conversant with construction process, practice and standards
• Conscious in time management, project cost control, safety and quality
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skill and be able to work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
