Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead data and advanced analytics integration projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects that integrate complex data systems and analytics solutions, ensuring they align with our clients' strategic objectives and unlock the full potential of connected data.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in technology projects, particularly in data integration and analytics
• Experience with agile methodologies and a consultative approach to project management, as well as Agile/Scrum delivery models, including facilitating ceremonies like sprint planning and reviews
• Strong understanding of enterprise design and its role in maximizing project and customer value
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and foster open communication within teams and with stakeholders
• A long-term view of success: you build lasting client relationships and spot opportunities for continuous improvement
• Fluent communication in Dutch (and/or French) and professional proficiency in English
  
  
  

Tech Know-How

While you're not expected to be the most technical person in the room, understanding the landscape of modern data and AI projects is key to leading them effectively.

You’re Familiar With Or Eager To Work With

• Cloud data platforms like Azure Data Services, AWS, Snowflake, Google Cloud or Databricks
• Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker and how they tie into reporting and decision-making
• Data integration and orchestration tools like Azure Data Factory, dbt, Boomi or MuleSoft
• The typical flow and roles in AI/ML projects, including understanding of model lifecycle management, MLOps and data science collaboration
• Concepts like data pipelines, governance, metadata management and data quality monitoring
• API-based and event-driven architectures, including awareness of REST, GraphQL or messaging systems (Kafka, etc.)
• Comfortable engaging in technical discussions and aligning project goals with architectural decisions
