Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee or assist in managing the day-to-day operations of commercial construction projects from start to finish, including estimating, budgeting, and procurement.
  • Collaborate with superintendents, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Lead project meetings, track schedules, monitor financial performance, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure clear communication with all project stakeholders and align efforts with company goals.
  • Maintain project documentation, reporting, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3–7+ years in commercial construction, preferably with a general contractor.
  • Estimating Experience: Proven hands-on experience with estimating and budget management is required.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Sage 300), and a solid understanding of construction processes.
  • Mindset: A proactive, solutions-oriented individual who takes ownership and strives for continuous improvement.
