Position Overview

The Project Manager - Corporate Interiors will lead and oversee the design and execution of corporate interior projects, ensuring they align with client needs and industry standards. This role requires a blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and strong leadership skills to guide teams through all phases of project development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project goals.
  • Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to create and modify project design documents and ensure accuracy.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with AIA and NCARB standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the corporate interiors sector.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • AIA and NCARB certifications are highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
