Do you have what it takes to become a Smartgroup Project/Program Manager?

 

We are seeking an experienced Project / Program Manager, Corporate Development to coordinate and execute multiple initiatives supporting the development of new ‘Smart’ revenue streams. To be successful you must be high energy, adept at coordinating cross-functionally and motivated by getting things done.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans for new corporate development projects.
  • Allocate and manage resources efficiently.
  • Engage and lead cross-functionally to deliver project outcomes.
  • Identify risks and create mitigation plans.
  • Maintain effective stakeholder relationships and communication.
  • Collaborate with corporate development colleagues to develop new strategies, manage our portfolio of partners, and optimize performance outcomes.
  • Track progress and report on key performance indicators.
  • Develop ELT and Board updates.

Skills and Experience:

  • 8-10+ years in Project and/or Program Management.
  • Advanced project management skills with various tools and methodologies.
  • Experience delivering complex corporate development type projects (i.e strategic partnerships, acquisitions and post acquisition integrations).
  • Exposure to product development, marketing, and/or strategic partnerships is desirable.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on approach.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership and coordination skills.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills..
  • Experience and comfort managing executive expectations and stakeholders.
