Join our CRM and after-sales service project team at L-mobile Tunisia in Nabeul.

We are looking for a Project Manager / Consultant (m/f/d) to manage software projects and drive customer satisfaction.

• Oversee the entire software project lifecycle from planning to rollout.
• Collect and manage customer requirements, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Define project specifications, timelines, and budget estimates.
• Collaborate with the development team to assess technical feasibility.
• Create project plans, manage risks, and track progress using project management tools.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
  
  

Skills & Requirements

• Experience in IT project management or consulting.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in German and English (CEFR C1 or above). You have the professionalism to work with our foreign customers.
• Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
• Readiness to travel within the DACH region to collaborate with clients and support project implementation.
