Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects focused on low voltage structured cabling and premise security systems including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality, secure technology infrastructure solutions.

As a Project Manager, you'll manage everything from project planning to completion — ensuring work is done on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structured cabling and electronic security installation projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely project execution.
• Interpret technical drawings and manage layouts for data cabling, fiber, and security devices.
• Perform site walks, inspections, and ensure code and safety compliance.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation including schedules, change orders, and project updates.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure all systems meet design and functional specs.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing construction projects with structured cabling and security components.
• Strong knowledge of Cat5e/6/6A, fiber optics, CCTV, access control, and intrusion systems.
• Comfortable with blueprints, system drawings, and site planning.
• Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam or similar PM software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• PMP certification preferred.
• BICSI RCDD or other structured cabling certifications.
• OSHA 30 a plus.
