We are seeking an experienced Permanent Project Manager - Construction to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a significant impact on our organization's success. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to implementation, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. If you are a strategic thinker, with a strong background in construction project management, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction project management, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Manage and supervise construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring they are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Review and analyze project specifications to determine the most cost-effective approach and the best methodology to achieve project objectives.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists to ensure project plans and specifications are followed accurately.
• Manage project budgets, including tracking project costs and ensuring costs stay within budget.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring they arrive on time and meet project specifications.
• Manage and supervise a team of construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project plans, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry best practices.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on infrastructure, grading, site prep, telecom, and line construction.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and manage resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Proficient in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they escalate.
