Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while managing project teams and stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Monitor and track project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Lead and motivate project teams, providing direction and support as needed.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure alignment and address any issues that arise.
• Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, resolve challenges, and coordinate activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, costs, and standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP or similar) is preferred.
• Experience in Healthcare Construction, Commercial Construction, Mixed, Multifamily, or Residential Construction is a plus.
