We are looking for a highly motivated project manager The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with a proven record of project management experience. With over 180 employees we are the largest family-owned provider of HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical services in Central Texas. With over 60 years of experience in healthcare, industrial, government, commercial, education and more markets!
What You Will Be Doing
- Manages facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual projects.
- Identification and management of the project and safety risks.
- Development of the scope and estimate of the project through collaboration with the various project stakeholders.
- Specification of all the relevant industry standards required for the design and construction of the facility.
- Identification and the application for all the relevant permits that will be required for the construction and commissioning of the facility.
- Embedment of a strong safety culture in the project team, contractors, and workers on site.
What You Need For This Position
- 3+ years of project management experience in related markets above.
- BS in related field.
