Job Description
Yellowstone Traditions, Inc. (YT) is looking for a full-time Project Manager to join our team. We have been building relationships and high-quality projects since 1986 and continue to be a leader in the custom home industry in Southwest Montana.
Duties could include: estimating, budget and schedule management, material procurements, written and verbal communications on all aspects of the project, various forms of job documentation, project oversight, extensive information management, and client relations.
We are looking for an applicant that is intuitive, passionate for the work they perform, and has a positive attitude to fit within our team. A YT PM works closely with various project/design teams and is directly supported by YT’s owners and upper management.
All experience levels are encouraged to apply. An assistant manager role will be considered based on applicable experience.
Ideal Job Qualifications:
- B.S in CET, CE, or Construction Management
- Experience in estimating projects of all sizes and styles consistent with our portfolio
- Knowledge of Sage 300 CRE a plus
- Knowledge of architectural plans and construction documents
- Comprehensive knowledge of all facets involved in the construction of complex structures
- Able to review and understand design documents, architectural plans, material specifications, etc.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, innovative, and being a team player will be heavily weighted in the selection process.
