Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Greater Hartford. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for project coordination, construction project management, budgeting, construction scheduling, and overall project management tasks.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years' experience in the construction industry with at least three or more years as a project manager
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in public works construction projects strongly preferred
  • Project coordination and project management in construction experience
  • Understand blueprints, drawings, building codes and other various tools and forms of communications used on construction job sites
  • Budgeting skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
