We’re seeking an experienced and collaborative
Construction Project Manager who thrives when people are in sync and projects are running not just on time but within budget. Based at our client's sites in the Albany area, you will report directly to the Sr. Project Manager and will work alongside other project team members focusing on project in the conception to close out phase. You’ll manage various projects using established controls/procedures and provide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety, quality, coordination with the designers and any critical issues pertinent to the project or the client's facility and have a full working knowledge of the change order and cost review process and the review/approval of contractor’s payment application.

Here's what you'll need
- High School diploma
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction involving multiple phases of construction with projected valued above 5 million dollars.
- Related education, in the form of college credit or degree, or professional certification may be acceptable as partial or fulfillment of experience
- Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components and technology, team building, and client relationship building
- Must be able to manage 4-5 projects using established controls/procedures and provide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety, quality, coordination with the designers and any critical issues pertinent to the project
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Work will require access to secure facilities and employment will require a background check
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification

The base salary range for this position is $70,000.00 to $105,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
