The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general contracting and construction management, with a focus on delivering high-quality results that meet client specifications. Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing pre-construction activities
• Conducting accurate estimating
• Managing contracts
• Scheduling (preferably using P6)
• Implementing construction means and methods
• Controlling costs

Experience Requirements

• Have 5+ years of experience in heavy construction (bridge work, infrastructure, plant & process)
• Possess the expertise to manage projects from preconstruction to closeout
• Be a self-starter with strong team management skills
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be confident and effective in delivering formal presentations
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and seek win-win outcomes
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism at all times
• Lead by example, displaying honesty and integrity
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to exceptional customer service
