We are currently seeking to add an experienced Project Manager to our team.

What You Will Be Doing

• Prepare budgets, project plans, & project schedule
• Maintain budget & report status throughout project
• Confirm all permits are in place
• Schedule and run project meetings
• Track & update project orders
• Manage project close out
  
  

What You Need for this Position

• 5+ years of Commercial Construction Management experience
• Ability to manage projects $10M+
• Solid computer skills
• Experience with Procore or other construction software
• Strong leaderships skills
