CORG Management Group is seeking an onsite Project Manager for South Carolina.

The Project Manager must have at minimum twelve (12) years of O&M/Facilities Management type experience, with at least 8 years in a project management/supervisory role. The proposed Project Manager’s experience must be in the operation, management, and supervision of building mechanical maintenance operations for buildings of the approximate size, complexity, and characteristics of the buildings to be covered by the BPA.

Responsibilities:

Appointed responsibilities to plan, organize, control, execute and evaluate the activities related to the operation, maintenance, and repair of federal facilities which include features such as HVAC, plumping, electrical, custodial and landscape maintenance services. Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders. Coordinates the organizational staffing, and operation activities for assigned maintenance and operation requirements. Directs, coordinates, and reviews the work plan for assigned maintenance and operations services, NCMMS reporting and deliverables, and all manpower staffing and scheduling of activities to ensure compliance of the contract performance work statement. Oversight and supervision of staff. Assigns work activities and projects; monitors workflow; reviews and evaluates work products, methods, and procedures and quality of work activity results. Coordination and collaboration with staff to identify and resolve problems to meet client needs and satisfaction.

Required Skills:

Experience In Project Management Discipline

EXPERIENCE IN ANALYZING AND WRITING BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS

EFFICIENT IN MICROSOFT SUITES

EXPERIENCE WITH MICROSOFT PROJECT MANAGEMENT TOOLS LIKE MS PROJECT, VISIO, SHAREPOINT, TEAMS ETC.

GOOD ANALYTICAL, PROBLEM SOLVING AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILL.

ABILITY TO WORK WITH ENGINEERS / TECHNICIANS RELATED TO PROJECTS

GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILL

ABILITY TO MAINTAIN GOOD PROFESSIONAL RELATIONS WITH DIFFERENT TYPES OF STAKEHOLDERS.

CREATE NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION TO SUPPORT PROJECT LIFE CYCLE (INCEPTION THROUGH PRODUCTION).

STRONG PERSONAL, ETHICAL, AND MORAL STANDARDS

Good Interpersonal Skills Proactive And Self-motivated

SELF-STARTER WITH THE ABILITY TO PRIORITIZE WORKLOAD AND MANAGE TIME.

WILLINGNESS TO LEARN NEW THINGS AND TAKE OWNERSHIP.
