Position: Project Manager

Job Description:

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a Project Manager on site with a client in Tokyo, Japan. In summary, you will be overseeing end-to-end project execution — from planning and vendor coordination to stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for office fit-outs, relocations, and data centre construction or upgrade works.
• Define scope, develop project plans, and ensure timely delivery aligned with client expectations and budget constraints.
• Ensure all works meet local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Implement QA/QC processes and safety procedures across all active job sites.
• Liaise with internal global teams to align reporting, documentation, and governance standards.
• Facilitate regular updates with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders on progress, risk, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage detailed schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
• Identify and escalate risks early, implement mitigation plans, and drive resolution.

Requirements:

• Min. 5 years of working experience in Project Management, with a strong track record in office fit-out and at least 2–3 years exposure to data centre construction, migration, or infrastructure upgrade projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, and Japanese.
• Previous experience with data centre commissioning or fit-out works in Japan or APAC.
• Great team player. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to develop close working relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external contacts at all levels

• クライアントやベンダー、社内ステークホルダーとの定期的な進捗報告、リスクマネジメント、課題解決の推進。
• スケジュールやリスクレジスター、ステータスレポートの作成と管理。
• リスクの早期発見とエスカレーション、適切な対応策の実行。

応募条件:

• プロジェクトマネジメントで**最低5年以上の実務経験**を有し、**オフィスのフィットアウト経験と、データセンター関連プロジェクトの経験が2～3年以上**ある方。
• 日本またはAPAC地域でのデータセンターの立ち上げ、改修、フィットアウト業務経験。
• 英語および日本語での優れたコミュニケーションスキル（読み・書き・会話）。
• チームプレーヤーとして協調性があり、社内外の関係者と円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる方。
