Title: PM4 - Risk Business Side PM

Location: Des Moines, IA

AML / BSA / KYC is a plus and open to other risk experience.

The project is a large, high-profile request from senior mgmt to improve the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) program, which includes Customer Identification Program (CIP), Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and methodology for risk rating customers.

The program is being led out of Shared Services Operations, in conjunction with Financial Crimes Operations, Financial Crimes Risk Management, and the Front Office Business Groups

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Project Management.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Project Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel

Preferred Skills:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience- Business Side Risk PM’s
• Experience with Microsoft Project
• Experience with Agile
• Experience building relationships with stakeholders technical side to business side
• Risk Project MGMT experience is a must- the more the better
• AML/ BSA/ KYC is preferred but other risk experience is acceptable
• Experience at big 4 or major financial institutions is a must
