Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Project Manager to join our Clinical Diagnostics Division, offering innovative diagnostic solutions. Based in Fremont, CA, this remote position requires 50%-75% travel to support critical project planning and execution. The successful candidate will independently manage a portfolio of complex projects, ensuring successful delivery through creative problem-solving and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage and structure multiple medium to complex projects aligning with client strategies and goals.
• Proactively diagnose project challenges and develop solutions, effectively managing budgets and resource requirements.
• Understand and navigate customer contracts, employing skilled negotiation techniques to align with project goals.
• Perform in-depth client need analyses to enhance customer satisfaction and project outcomes.
• Lead projects across different systems, advancing work processes and team accountability for results.

• Expertise in Project Management principles and practices.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency in data interpretation.

Industry Experience

• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical environment is preferred, reflecting a deep understanding of clinical diagnostics and related project management.
