Redpath Partners are proud to partner with a well-established, national client-side project management consultancy experiencing sustained growth and a steady pipeline of upcoming work. Known for delivering high-quality outcomes across commercial, industrial, education, aged care, and fit-out projects, this consultancy offers a stable platform for career growth. Due to continued demand, they are now looking to appoint a Project Manager to join their Auckland office.
The Role
You’ll work across the full project lifecycle – from concept to completion – representing the client's interests while supporting the delivery of high-quality built environment outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting in the delivery of projects from early-stage design through to handover
• Managing project scope, cost, and programme
• Supporting procurement and tender processes
• Coordinating with external consultants and contractors
• Managing stakeholder relationships and maintaining strong communication
• Supporting consent and design processes
• Working closely with Senior Project Managers and Directors
About You
You’ll bring 2–4 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager within a consultancy setting across vertical construction projects.
Key requirements:
• Experience with a NZ or AUS-based project management consultancy
• Commercial, education, industrial, aged care, multi-level residential or fit-out required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid understanding of the NZ construction process, including standards and tendering
• Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Driven and eager to grow into future senior positions
