Preferred Experience Areas While all applications will be considered, the following experience is highly valued:
- Residential Development - overseeing multi-residential or townhouse projects.
- Community Housing - experience working with government or not-for-profit housing providers.
- Office Relocations & Fit-Outs - end-to-end management of office moves, including coordinating with lessors, designers, and contractors.
- Change Management - supporting teams through workplace relocation and organisational change processes.
- Cross-Functional Liaison - managing communication and workflow between project managers, design teams, leasing representatives, and internal departments.
Core Skills & Attributes Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- Strong project delivery capability across the property, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
- A solid understanding of Tasmania’s regulatory and planning landscape.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
