Description
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. In this role, you will oversee complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and align with organizational goals. This is a Contract to long-term opportunity, ideal for candidates seeking to transition into a stable position while contributing to a dynamic and growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed project timelines to ensure all phases are executed on schedule.
- Present comprehensive project updates to senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and potential opportunities.
- Translate complex project requirements into actionable plans to drive efficiency and success.
- Lead monthly project review meetings to monitor progress and address any challenges proactively.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining focus and prioritization across a dynamic workload.
- Ensure full transparency on critical tasks, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively identify and resolve project risks to avoid potential delays or issues.
- Analyze past project outcomes to implement improvements for future initiatives.
- Promote the use of parallel workstreams to expedite timelines and enhance project delivery.
- Utilize tools such as Smartsheet, Office Suite, and Stage-Gate processes to streamline project management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within the food or related industries.
- Proficiency with Smartsheet, Office tools, and Stage-Gate processes.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage innovative projects with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and cloud technologies is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify solutions for complex challenges.
