What You'll Be Doing:


As a Civil Engineer Project Manager at Atwell, you will work with a dynamic and growing multi-disciplinary firm on land development projects. You will actively participate in the growth of our firm as well as provide leadership & management to our team of engineers and designers.




  • Project Management:



    • Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project execution.

    • Establish and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project duration.

    • Oversee contract procurement, administration, and project coordination.




  • Technical Expertise:



    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of engineering principles and practices.

    • Possess expertise in potable water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management systems, site grading, and roadway design.

    • Guide projects from entitlements through construction phases.




  • Permitting and Entitlements:



    • Efficiently handle multiple permitting entitlements across various governmental agencies, with a preference for local experience.

    • Develop and execute complex permitting strategies to meet project schedules for diverse projects, ranging from large-scale developments to compact commercial infills.




  • Client Engagement:



    • Actively participate in company marketing efforts to enhance the company's profile and foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients and governmental agencies (local experience preferred)




  • Team Leadership:



    • Train, lead, and mentor team members to ensure their professional growth and project success.




Qualifications: 



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET Accredited University

  • PE Licensure Required
