The Role:

We’re seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Project Manager to join a fast-moving team supporting multiple large-scale commercial projects across the Southeast. This role is specifically focused on Doors, Frames, and Hardware (DFH) coordination — from procurement and submittals through field execution and closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Division 8 projects from kickoff through completion

• Oversee submittals, hardware schedules, and shop drawings

• Coordinate with GCs, vendors, installers, and field teams

• Track procurement, lead times, and delivery timelines

• Resolve RFIs, change orders, and field adjustments in real time

•.Maintain clear, ongoing communication with operations leadership

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of experience in Division 8/10 project management

• Strong working knowledge of commercial door and hardware systems

• Ability to manage multiple active projects with urgency and clarity

• Experience with tools like Procore, Comsense, or equivalent PM platforms

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
