Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee and drive project initiatives from inception to completion. This role involves developing, coordinating, and maintaining project plans while ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented team player with strong process management skills and the ability to collaborate across functional areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop, integrate, and maintain comprehensive project and program plans across various functional areas to achieve business objectives.
- Analysis & Risk Assessment: Conduct studies, risk assessments, and impact analysis on product development, production rates, process improvements, and program initiatives.
- Schedule & Performance Tracking: Prepare reports, track key metrics, manage change activity, and provide regular updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment of project goals.
- Change Management: Manage change control processes, document best practices, and communicate key decisions to relevant stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with teams across departments to ensure smooth project execution and serve as a liaison for ongoing initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for optimization in project management processes, implement best practices, and enhance business systems.
- Project Closeout & Handover: Document lessons learned, support performance recovery plans, and ensure smooth transition of projects to customers for ongoing support.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 3 – 5 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies; SAP experience preferred.
- Communication & Documentation: Strong ability to develop and maintain project documentation while effectively communicating with internal and external teams.
- Detail-Oriented & Process-Driven: Ability to manage multiple tasks, ensure accuracy, and drive efficiency in workflows.
- Customer Service Mindset: Strong focus on meeting stakeholder needs and delivering high-quality project outcomes.
