Your Tasks


  • Deliver exceptional administrative support to our team, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to the seamless execution of our premium events, where every detail matters in creating unforgettable experiences.
  • Lead the search for an office space that embodies Counder’s innovative spirit and operational excellence.
  • Curate dining experiences for executive meetings and events, reflecting our commitment to hospitality and excellence.
  • Orchestrate travel arrangements for our team, ensuring their journeys are as smooth and efficient as their work.
  • Pioneer the documentation and analysis of workflows, setting the stage for future automation and innovation.


Your Profile


  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of interacting with high-profile individuals and maintaining professionalism.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Familiarity with office management and administrative tasks, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Basic understanding of event planning and logistics, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
  • Proficiency in Docs/Spreadsheets and other relevant software, with a willingness to learn new tools.
  • A keen interest in process improvement and technology, with an eye towards future automation.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Previous experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is a plus, but not required.
  • Knowledge of the events industry or experience in coordinating logistics.
  • Familiarity with Cape Town and its local resources.


Additional Requirements


  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle, as the role may require local travel.
  • Openness to occasional travel for events or other engagements.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
