Introduction
As part of its mandate the NATO Office of the CIO (OCIO) needs to execute and enforce the role of NATO Enterprise coherence, which includes the assessment and oversight, as well as implementation of Enterprise - wide capabilities and initiatives related to driving towards NATO 2030. To support this effort, the OCIO requires services that will leverage in-depth knowledge of the NATO environment, experience in senior - level management of NATO's CIS and cybersecurity efforts, and experience in NATO CIS and cybersecurity capability development . Under Enterprise Strategy Branch leadership, the Project Manager will effectively and efficiently manage and contribute to the NATO ICT and cybersecurity capabilities development .

Introduction

Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required
- Experience with NATO’s capability delivery process ;
- Familiarity with the technical, military and political aspects and structures of CIS and cyber security governance within NATO ;
- Experience and in-depth understanding of NATO capability development, spanning the entire Doctrine, Organisation, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Personnel, Facilities, and Interoperability (DOTMLPFI) spectrum .
- Previous knowledge of or experience with the Common Funded Capability Delivery Governance Model (CFCDGM) process .
- Develop ing specific proposals for the CFCDGM management products ;
- Initiat ing , oversee ing and coordinat ing initial cyber adaptation roadmap activities for Chapter 3 and 4 (Requirements and Investment Programmes) respectively with other NATO civil and military stakeholders ;
- Track ing and monitor ing development of management products and joint staff advice .
