Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in construction or building controls, ready to take on a fast-paced, high-impact role in the smart building space?

On offer is a position with a nationally recognised energy services firm where you’ll manage multiple smart building control projects at once from start to finish- delivering turnkey solutions across high-profile commercial clients.

This company is a privately owned, employee-focused energy project management firm, delivering turnkey lighting and energy efficiency solutions nationwide.

In this role, manage the full lifecycle from initial scoping to final close-out for building controls projects. You’ll coordinate with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and client reps to ensure seamless project execution. This is a hands-on role that blends customer engagement, field coordination, budgeting, vendor management, and documentation.

This role would suit someone with construction project management experience who thrives in a high-volume, detail-oriented environment.

The Role:

• Manage the full lifecycle of multiple smart building controls projects
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, building engineers, and internal teams
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, change orders, and project documentation

The Candidate:

• Degree in Business, Construction Management or similar preferred
• Project management experience—Construction or Controls
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume project environment
