What You’ll Do:
· Manage kitchen and bath remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and specifications are followed.
· Oversee and coordinate remodeling crews, ensuring the highest quality of work.
· Maintain consistent communication with clients to keep them updated on project progress and timelines.
· Enter expenses and manage budgets effectively to ensure projects stay on track.
· Coordinate the delivery of materials to customer homes in a timely and organized manner.
· Act as the liaison between the customer, the office manager, and the designer to ensure all parties are aligned.
What We Are Looking For:
· Experience: Remodeling or construction experience
· Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
· Knowledge: Thorough understanding of residential remodeling and construction techniques, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
· Tech Savvy: Familiarity with project management software (like ODOO), Microsoft Outlook, and the use of iPads for project tasks.
· Attitude: A self-starter who is proactive, collaborative, and eager to grow in the construction field.

· Key Responsibilities Include:
· Preparing jobs for construction: scheduling, material orders, and contractor coordination.
· Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
· Communicating professionally with clients and team members from project kick-off to completion.
· Managing carpenters, helpers, and trade contractors.
· Addressing and solving construction-related challenges as they arise.
