Your role đź’Ľ


  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
  • Establish effective working relationships to ensure project requirements are met and deliverables are completed on time.
  • Control project goals and scope, managing change requests with proper approval processes.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
  • Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off, status updates, and steering committees.
  • Communicate project status, progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Adhere to internal change management methodologies, ensuring project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
  • Oversee quality controls throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Motivate teams to work together efficiently and effectively.


Requirements đź’ˇ


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management within the financial sector, preferably with a focus on unit-linked life insurance companies.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT-related projects in the financial industry.
  • Advanced technical knowledge of applications, software, and hardware used within financial organizations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, each with unique challenges and requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong knowledge of Jira (Atlassian) for agile project management.
  • Strong knowledge of Confluence (Atlassian) for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
